McMillan has its own Learning Management System, Learnbook. Learnbook is an online platform for participants to access resources and live webinars to support their courses. You can access Learnbook directly from our website by following the menu link at the top of the page.


Learnbook is an online platform for participants that will provide a single online resource for all course requirements. The platform has been previously tested from within other Government Departments and Agencies and meets designated information security standards for the electronic processing, storage, transition, and disposal of official information.


By utilising Learnbook throughout the program, participants will build their digital literacy competency.



Learnbook will provide participants with general information about the program including the following:

  • Program announcements

  • Participant forums

  • Online surveys

  • Q&A forums

  • Online assessment submissions of up to 5gb with all file types including video

  • Calendar of assessment dates

  • Learning guides

  • Video tutorials

  • Live webinar sessions (without downloading any software)

  • Webinar recordings

  • Messaging system

  • Course certificate


Regular support will be provided to participants throughout the program by either phone, email or video call, using the participants preferred platform. (hangouts, zoom, skype etc).  As a standard service we will reach out to you every month to provide support, but we will work with you to set up a contact schedule that meets your needs and goals.
