The communication skills workshop looks at communication styles and is guaranteed to increase the effectiveness of your communications, both at work and at home.

Communication Skills Workshop overview
Effective communication is about more than just speaking and listening. To communicate effectively in the workplace, you need to have a range of skill sets. These include self-awareness, an understanding of other people’s communication and behavioural preferences, and the ability to adapt and modify your communication style and method depending on the situation and the needs of others.
This workshop introduces relevant models and techniques through engaging and interactive discussion and self-reflection. It provides the opportunity to develop some of these skills, and participants will have clear takeaway actions that will help them become more effective communicators.
