Implement Training
Implement Training is the final component of the three part course, Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
Workplace Assessor Training and Train Small Groups are prerequisites for this course. This course is an essential course for training officers and a great way to update your design and delivery methods.
Implement Training covers the planning, promotion, delivery and reviewing of a series of training sessions. If you are in a supervisory role where it is necessary for you to plan training sessions this course will provide you with a nationally recognised cross-industry qualification.
We use a balance of theory and practical exercises to facilitate the learning process.
