To attain the level of competency required for this diploma, we suggest the following structure:

  • Six units from the Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (these units will already be completed by those eligible for the Diploma course)
  • Four units from the Diploma of Training & Assessment Systems (see recommendations below)
  • Three additional management units of nationally endorsed competency standards at the Diploma level
