Qualifications in Government

Introduction

McMillan Staff Development is registered and approved by the Government to provide qualifications for new staff through to the senior executive. Qualifications available are:

  • Certificate III in Government
  • Certificate IV in Government
  • Diploma in Government
  • Advanced Diploma in Government

In order to qualify for any of these qualifications you must undertake a process known as competency-based assessment. This means that evidence of your current skills and knowledge is measured against a set of relevant Competency Standards. When your assessment against these standards is successful, your skills and knowledge will be deemed to be equal to national best practice and the qualification you gain will reflect this.

Course Outcomes
