Frontline Managers have a variety of job titles and job descriptions. They are typically involved in organisations as coordinators, team leaders, supervisors, forepersons and project or office managers.

This course is initially conducted through our online system, with students generally undertaking one unit per month. It then moves to the workplace, where a personal coach works with each student for 2 hours per unit in their workplace.
