This is a qualification for people working in a business environment who need to undertake activities efficiently, be fairly self-sufficient and to make judgements about when to refer matters to their superior.
12 units are required for the qualification consisting of 8 from a list of common business topics that would make up 70% of their job role and 4 additional electives that best match the specific requirements of the job.
The qualification takes between 9 and 12 months to complete. The program is undertaken in the workplace with assessment matching employer policies and procedures. The course can be undertaken in conjunction with training already delivered in the workplace or self paced through a series of workbooks with support from us.
