Workplace Assessor Training
Workplace Assessor Training is one component of the three part course, Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
In this component you will learn how to assess the skills of your staff against competency standards. This course is a must for organisations with trainees or apprentices as it teaches you to be objective in your HR and staffing decisions.
This course enables you to objectively assess staff members both on and off the job, and will show you how to plan, conduct and review assessments against competency standards. To achieve these results we use a balance of theory and practical exercises to facilitate the learning process.
