Communicating is much more than just talking! Have you ever wondered why you didn’t get the response you wanted? This course looks at communication styles and is guaranteed to increase the effectiveness of your communications, both at work and at home.

This course is designed to suit everyone in the workplace, particularly those working in teams, problem solving and general workplace communication.
