Overview

This course has been developed to assist those in the workplace who work in a team situation. To some, a team environment can be daunting. However through this team building program you can learn how to make a team work better and become beneficial by overcoming the problems relating to behavioural differences and adaptability.

 

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course you will develop a greater knowledge of the way a team works and the numerous steps you can take in order to make the team experience much more successful.

Through this course you will be able to:

  • Identify the different roles people play in making an effective team
  • Build a stronger, more effective team, leading to coordinated work and support
  • Recognise problems that may occur and be able to determine suitable corrective action
  • Aid team growth through your understanding of team building

Those who work in a team situation and would like their team to work better together.

 

Duration

This course can be tailored to business needs. A one day workshop will provide an overview and introductory information. A two day session will incorporate more practical sessions allowing for participants to spend more time practicing and receiving specific feedback.
